Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and what we do not collect.
1. What we collect
Wallet address. When you connect a wallet we see its public address. That is already public on-chain.
Account details, if you create one. An email address and a display name if you sign in with email, Google or Apple.
Usage data. Which pages you open and which features you use, so we can tell what is broken and what is worth building.
Local storage. Your settings — theme, language, preferences — are stored in your own browser.
2. What we do not collect
We never see your private keys or seed phrase. There is no field in this interface that asks for one. If any site claiming to be us ever asks, it is a phishing attempt.
We do not sell your data.
We do not collect government identification unless a specific feature requires it, in which case we will say so before you use it.
3. Why we hold it
To run the interface and show you your own positions.
To pay you what you are owed — referral commission has to be attributable to someone.
To detect abuse, including wash-farming rings in the referral programme.
To send you notifications you asked for. You can turn these off in settings.
4. Who we share it with
Service providers who host, monitor or send email for us, and only what they need to do that job.
Anyone we are legally required to share it with.
Nobody else.
5. On-chain data is permanent
Anything you do on a blockchain is public and permanent. We cannot delete it, hide it, or edit it. This is true of every blockchain application and it is worth understanding before you start.
6. Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the account data we hold, or ask us to delete it. On-chain records are excluded, because we cannot delete them.
You can disconnect your wallet at any time.
You can clear your browser's local storage to remove settings held on your device.
7. Security
We protect account data with the usual technical measures, and platform-side withdrawals require a PIN and two-factor authentication.
No system is perfectly secure. We do not claim otherwise.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes. Material changes will be announced in the interface.
